Hi, After scheduling it via the doodle poll, we will be holding our budget meeting at 21:00 UTC tomorrow in #debconf-team. Richard Darst (MrBeige) has offered to chair, and this meeting time will allow everyone who has submitted the poll so far to attend, including César. The duration is intended to be no more than one hour.
In this meeting, we will plan how much everything costs (food, accomodation, venue, etc), and who's paying (Junta, local sponsors, global sponsors, etc), and how much they can pay. Then we'll know how much money we have to raise.
