I'm not really sure about the 'implications' of blindy signing the key 
appearing in the Penta field.
I'm far from being an expert on this subject, sorry.

I've proposed this as an 'Assistance Mark', for example, just like appears in 
this page [1].

If you consider is not appropiated, please let me know so I can understand a 
bit more about this
subject.
