Following from IRC: We have few exceptions request, the accom&food sponsorship request ones can be covered and also those 3-4 from speakers (See micah's email) For the exceptions request about helping to pay the travel, it is part of herb@ I have not idea what are their numbers. I only know about ~20000USD for round 1 and a tentative round 2 with ~10000USD. Once we have the herb@ details, we can have a more or less accudate budget. Richard has been working in getting more accurate data from penta wrt costs and I have been trying to solve all the data inconsistences we had.
