It follows the same pattern at least for the last four DebConfs;

* First day of DebCamp is arrival and first day of and sponsored food+room.
* Last day of DebCamp is arrival for DebConf atendees.
* Last day of DebConf is last day of sponsored food+room
* The day after is clean-up & departure

We can call it OpenDay, if you want to. The idea is to have something
similar to DC9, mainly with talks in Spanish.
