Michael, Could you send me the final DebConf11 transaction list - the text file that lists the description, date, bank fees, and amount for every debconf transaction? After I get this, we should be able to call DebConf11 "done" from the SPI side of things. I will try to put this info into the DC11 ledger as fast as I can, round up the last bit, and then publish the final balances.
