Can we please have some numbers from past DebConfs? As far as i know EDI had around 425 people coming to DebConf. I would expect DebConf13 in Switzerland to reach the same or even higher numbers. So 450 to 475 is the numbers you should start calculating with (IMHO). If we reach lower numbers that is fine, we then can use the sponsor's money for day trip or more travel sponsorship, or whatever.
