Whoever signs should do it with his executive hat from whatever association will handle that. The contract must bind LeCamp and an association, not individuals. In our specific case, probably two persons from the debian.ch board or two persons from the yet-to-be-elected board of the yet-to-be-created debconf13.ch association.
