I think some empathy is needed here though: we're discussing going to LeCamp with them since a year now and we keep postponing any firm agreements (for reasons my argument has nothing to do with). Based on our face-to-face promises, they a) blocked their whole infrastructure for two weeks in the middle of their high-season, b) decided (on their own, granted) to invest 90k into getting a proper fiber connection, because we communicated to them that we needed a good internet connection. I their position, I would also be quite upset by this situation of long- standing undecision. Now for the legal action, my personal (and not-directly-informed) impression is that it would have no impact on their future behaviour an I consider this just another negociation step (but I might be biased, granted).
