It is a difficult question. Because Switzerland is expensive, we are
thinking to print t-shirt and maybe the big banners abroad (maybe
Mexico), and IIRC the t-shirt is usually the first item who need
definitive logos. Thus for DC13 we probably need the logo few weeks
before (in comparison to past DC), I would say 4-5 weeks before the
start of DebCamp.
Anyway we accept sponsors and money after such deadlines, and IIRC we
can put new logos for the videostream at very late stage.
Hope that this help, but anyway these are only my estimates considering
the current discussions and my last year experience.
