we've discussed during fosdem to set a formal dateline for these bids, to
February 28th 2013.
Moray said he wanted to go through the checklist too, to make that more
useful/relevant, though this will obviously take a few days.
Unless there are good reasons not to, I will announce this new deadline to
d-d-a in a few days, say thursday.
Then we also need to come up with a timeline to discuss the bids and decide on
them. I suggest to do this in the next -team meeting on February 11th, though
clearly we should prediscuss this before the meeting, so during the meeting we
can (hopefully) keep this topic short and "just agree" on a timeline and else
concentrate on dc13.
