Hi, I've moved the data that we'd been preparing from our private wiki to the debconf wiki[1] (not entirely sure why it was only on our private wiki, anyway). I've then also made some (fairly minor) modifications to clarify the current stat of affairs. I've also updated the main bid page with some more explanation, and removed some out-of-date info; this is on DebConf15/Bids/Mechelen.
