Please have a look at http://slexy.org/view/s2Z5PoPNeY, the budget
file, to which I just appended the travel budget extension Tassia
approved. I'd say this is readable even without ledger knowledge,
don't you think?

To get a current snapshot of the budget, please update
debconf-team.git/dc15/accounting and run

  ./wrapper bal budget

Usable? If you think so, you could ack the budget:fees:registration
extension by 100 €, which was a stupid oversight on my behalf. We
had already spent more on the Verein registration than in the budget
when I originally set it up. Silly mistake. Please approve the fix
;)

Btw, the booking for budget:fees:registration is marked with a '!'
instead of a '*', which has no meaning to ledger but which we can
use to track approvals.
