I think that would be a good addition. In addition, I suggest to use
a new e-mail address for each event, at least while we're working on
a per-event basis.

The only downside of RT IMHO is that the current command-line tools
don't work. Maybe that's been fixed. Otherwise I do have to say that
the web interface is along the ranks of bugzilla in deterring use,
rather than making things easier.
