I can contribute on:
3) For the Dinner on Wednesday: Is there any transportation planned to and
from the place of the Dinner?
The dinner on Wednesday (braai) will be at UCT Club which is wheelchar
accessible and there is no transport planned to that.
For the conference dinner on Friday (at the Aquarium) we will have bus
transport (I guess). So we need to check whether they can take the
wheelchair.
I guess it would be foldable (as it went on the plane) and then it goes
into any bus luggage compartment but we need to confirm.
