AFAICT, the [email protected] alias currently reaches:

- Ana Guerrero <[email protected]>
- Andreas Tille <[email protected]>
- Gunnar Wolf <[email protected]>
- Jonathan Bustillos <[email protected]>
- Martin Zobel-Helas <[email protected]>
- Michael Banck <[email protected]>
- Nicolas Braud-Santoni <[email protected]>
- Rafael Rivas <[email protected]>
- Santiago Ruano <[email protected]>
- Tássia Camões <[email protected]>
- Znoteer <[email protected]>

Not all of them were active in the role for DC18.

Content team does not organize the Open Day. Specific budget can be
given to Open Day if you think this is needed; making this budget be
for invited speakers (and thus handled via Content) falls in the same
situation that David described that happened WRT invited speakers and
bursaries - One team required another one to approve things regarding
its "inner" affairs.
