Diversity and Welcoming newcommers: T-Shirts? :)

First time replying to the list.
The logo is awesome!
I agree with all that has been said.
In the first shirt I like the invitation ideia. Maybe should try something
that encourage people not only to participate, but to be and feel being
part of the community. (I'm the only one who think its different?)
About the second, why not a stencil + the text?
And, sure its a good opportunity to have something powerfull about
diversity written on a shirt.
Would love stickers and magnets also =p
