In this mail, I attached the current budget previsions (budget.ledger).
These days local team gathered a huge amount of quotations and invoices,
and lately we noticed, our latest budget was still quite lower than our
real situation. Local team entirely re-estimated the budgets, and this
mail is the result.
Describing the differences from our previous budget prevision (3rd round,
June 3rd), the hotels fee and the a/v equipment fee were decreased.
However, the other fees were entirely increased:
