Hi, DebConf has much way more complex food requirements from attendees, includes Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free, Gluten Free Vegetarian, Halal and some specific allergy depends on attendees.
I am strongly against having "bento" every day. Please understanding more on what attendees needs for food arrangement.
