I'm putting myself in a category similar to yours :) I want to participate in the video team this year, as I'm not core-doing any other organization tasks and I'm interested in the process. Of course, I'll act as a junior member of the team, and as such, I doubt I will join the meeting (blame my RL work, which seems to be actively trying to kill me by saturation).
