Hi, the videos as much as we have them are becoming available on ftp://homer/upload/video/ (for your flights home :) and http://meetings-archive.debian.net/pub/debian-meetings/2008/debconf8/ now.
The encodings have not really been checked, if you notice issues, please notify us via [email protected] (or via the wiki-page which I'll announce here later.) Not all videos are there yet, they will be released when they are ready. Please be patient. regards, Holger
