For anyone that was planning on helping setup on Thursday, there won't be
much to do. for 100 reasons I pushed the equipment delivery to Friday.

Here is what can happen, but jit optimizations are likely, as are delays.

The HARD DEADLINEs are when talks start, and that will not change.

11:30 - 13:00 1.5 hours lunch
13:00 - 13:25 1/2 hour more training in 327
13:30 - 17:45 3 hours VIDEO TALKS in 3 talk rooms (HARD DEADLINE)

The machines were setup and used at PyOhio a few weeks ago, so the only
config that may need to happen is IP assignment if there is no dhcp, and
change room=room_338 if that changes.

"setup room" means determine where everything will be placed - lectern,
tripod, table for mixer and laptop, cables. put it in place, tape down
the cables. maybe change configs.

pull some equipment from 1 of the talk rooms = unplug some cables, and
maybe carry the table to the ballroom.

I have done this enough times that I could do it by myself in the alloted
time, but I would enjoy some company and it will be good to have others
familiar with the setup. So don't feel obligated to help if you have
something else to do,

If want to read about and maybe try out the system and help process the
lingering Fosdem videos (you just need your browser)
