I am having trouble. I suspect I didn't put the font files in the correct
place.

carl@twist:~/.fonts$ mv ~/Downloads/linux-biolinum.zip .
carl@twist:~/.fonts$ unzip linux-biolinum.zip
Archive: linux-biolinum.zip
   creating: linux-biolinum/
 extracting: linux-biolinum/LinBiolinum_R.otf
 extracting: linux-biolinum/LinBiolinum_RB.otf
 extracting: linux-biolinum/LinBiolinum_RI.otf
 extracting: linux-biolinum/SIL Open Font License.txt
carl@twist:~/.fonts$ mv linux-biolinum/* .

So that put them in ~/.fonts

But when I open the svg:

inkscape source.svg
and select the title object
the font dialog shows
 font-size 3.2

and if I touch anything, the title shrinks down to a little object I can't
see. I am guessing font-size 3.2

Anyone have any advice?

I am heading home, can get on IRC in about 20 min.
