I have access to a holiday rental property near Ross-on-Wye for a
cheap rate that week. It's 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 (2 doubles + 1
twin), has decent Internet, etc...
I live nearby so could easily commute and/or give people lifts from
nearby public transport (e.g. the train stations in Hereford, Newport,
or Gloucester) that week.
That's obviously convenient for you. A little more out of the way for
anyone travelling internationally, but not necessarily a problem.
A rental somewhere near london would probably be more convenient for
those, but then you'd need accommodation too.
Yes, and we/I would actually need to pay for it!
