We're encountering the same netplan-ovs-cleanup.service is marked world- inaccessible warning on our SIM registration server running Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. This started appearing in the systemd journal right after upgrading the netplan.io package to version 0.106.1-7ubuntu0.22.04.3. The message logs every minute but doesn't seem to impact functionality. Since our platform at https://globessimregistration.com/ handles real-time Globe SIM registration, we want to ensure this warning doesn't affect network reliability or long-term performance. A clarification or permanent fix would be appreciated, especially as we rely on consistent backend connectivity.
