Andreas, the patch is cherry-picked from power-profiles-daemon 0.30 which is already in Ubuntu 25.04. Because Ubuntu 24.10 reaches End of Life in less than 2 weeks, we will skip Ubuntu 24.10 for this update.

It's possible to boot up with the two drivers having different values and then the power slider being in an undefined position * PPD had to be modified to account for this new string. If PPD isn't modified then the system will be in an undefined power state.
