Steps to reproduce:
1. Connect an external monitor. I've tried on 3 different monitors, both HDMI
and USB-C, all trigger the same bug.
Expected behaviour:
1. Audio volume remains at same level as before
Actual behaviour:
1. Audio volume is set to 100%
This problem started after upgrading to Ubuntu 25.04, on Ubuntu 24.04 there was
no such issue.
