latest release in questing contains the new upstream release and the request NNPA patch. I don't have access to the rest of the materials in the IBM based bug to help evaluate for 26.04. We should split off a new bug for the 26.04 request, and ensure links to patches are available (as well as monitor upstream to see if a new release comes out).
