The tool can be used for cross-building, and it's available on all architectures, not just EFI ones. This should be Architecture: linux- any instead. Doing this in Ubuntu will have the effect of publishing the systemd- boot-tools package on ppc64el and s390x. This change should have no impact on the questing release other than making the tool available on all arches.
