Bug description:
We followed instructions to make it so our pulse audio didn't have
extreme volume swings.
We have found no such instructions for pipewire, and this would be an
option desired intensely for all desktop audio.
We upgraded from 22.04 to 24.04.
kubuntu variant.
The options to just enable it for an audio stream would be nice.
