Bug description:
Flatpak apps fail to install on Ubuntu 25.10 Questing Quokka (development
branch).
I'm using the daily build from today of Ubuntu 25.10
I've attached a screenshot of the issue which shows what errors are
happening from the terminal.

Expected behavior:
Flatpak apps install successfully.
Current behavior:
Flatpak apps fail to install.
