Thanks for your reply I tried with the 2.4.1 kernel but now, I have a problem with the base file (base2_2.tgz). The decompression of the archive stops after a little time. I think it's because I have a problem with my hard drive. I'll try with another debian dist (woody, I think) after repartinioning my HD.
