I've did some sort test with the kernel-image-2.4.27-mvme16x_2.4.27-2_m68k.deb 09-Sep-2004 14:24 2.3M version on a MVME177 (68060 cpu 50 Mhz and 64 Mbyte ram). system booted with this version and was able to update packages etc. So this version works much better then the 2.4.27-1 version which didn't boot. On scsi id 3 i have a cdrom installed, gave some disconnect error in dmesg and didn't show up in /proc/scsi/scsi. Same error was also displayed with version 2.2.25-mvme16x (debian sarge) The test with the: kernel-image-2.6.8-mvme16x_2.6.8-1_m68k.deb 29-Aug-2004 04:27 2.9M also on the MVME177. Last line display: ABCGHIJK problem with finding vmlinuz? If more info is needed just let me known. -- ---------- m.vr.gr. Gerard Klaver
