Good Morning:

I received an announcement like this recently with an instruction to complete claims forms and utilize an appointed lawyer in the Netherlands for notarization and contact with the Netherlands Gaming Control board.

I fear that this is a scam.  

The lawyer, Leslie Rahl from Hulsman & Blake law firms has instructed me to send $550 Euro for processing.

Could you confirm the validity of these winnings?
