I think 512MB is fine, imagine how much longer it would take the CT60 to boot with even more RAM ;-) I am only a little worried about the RAM on our CF boards, they have only 64 MB, on a tiny board though, and if I read the specs correctly, they only go up to 128MB. I hope that limit exists only for the FireEngine boards, but even then it would be a shame... imagine, you could physically put 4 or even 6 of these boards into a keyboard housing and have the power of the Debian/m68k buildd fleet literally under your fingertips!
