My solution is to use icab <http://www.icab.de/>. There's a free version
that does everything I care about on my mac under macOS (which is to
download d-i stuff).
You can also download Netscape 4.x for 68k mac from the Netscape
website, really...
Now - even- with Netscape 2.02, it's ok.
