Hrm. I guess there’s the libgcc one. But that’s GPLv3+exception, and thus not really reusable in the “submit for inclusion into PHP” (or other upstream) code sense; the FPM SAPI uses 2-clause BSD, for in- stance. Also, why doesn’t it use syscall(2)?
