The video (at least the OGG version, which I tried - http://meetings-archive.debian.net/pub/debian-meetings/2008/fosdem/ogg_theora/384x288/How_accessible_is_Debian___Samuel_Thibault.ogg) is not accessible to the deaf: no captions!
