Hello, since a while I don't have speech while I'm logging in with gdm3. I've activated Orca in gdm3 and copied my local preferences to the Debian-gdm user (/var/lib/gdm3) and changed the ownership of the files. Everything worked, until some days ago orca started up and remained silent. The braille display works as expected. When I open the orca preferences and then press OK, the settings get loaded again and the speech is back. What is wrong there? System: Debian (mostly) Squeeze (everything from xserver and related to GUI is already squeeze).
