- Put the "Closes: #634933." in the latest changelog entry, or else it won't work iirc. - keep the texinfo build dependency, to get the speechd-up.info documentation built. - replace the autotools-dev & automake build-deps with dh-autoreconf and pkg-config. Add the libspeechd-dev and libdotconf-dev build-deps. You should have tested using pdebuild to realize that these were missing. - you can then drop the old build-dep line, it's no use keeping it. - you have to copy the copyright notices from the .c files into debian/copyright, merging the years into a single list for instance.
