Hello,
I use Skype and It is accessible, like other QT Application. I can not
write and read chat messages, because the edit box is not accessible,
but I can see the list of my friends, make calls, answer calls and add
contacts.
I have installed Skype 4.2, and your accesibility is similar to the all
Qt apps.

About Skype, note that IIRC it renders its own widgets by itself, so
that it will be completely inaccessible, even if it uses qt for some
other things.
