Hello, my speech-dispatcher speaks every word starting with a capital letter completely with high pitch. I have set:
DefaultCapLetRecognition "none"
I have tested it with spd-say and Orca and it occurs in both. For error tracing,
I attach the speechd.conf. Has anybody an idea why this happens?
