I want at boot time, grub beeps to inform a blind person that it's possible to

So I change GRUB_INIT_TUNE in /etc/default/grub, I uncomment it.

I expect GRUB to beep. Actually Debian knows I use braille, enables what's
needed for lightdm and MATE, could it enable GRUB beep?
For this, brltty should be able to uncomment GRUB_INIT_TUNE in
/etc/default/grub.
I think the right way to do this would be for brltty to create
/etc/default/grub.d/brltty.cfg with the configuration it thinks
appropriate. It shouldn't modify /etc/default/grub. Reassigning to
brltty.
