after download the rc1 of installer for buster, the installer speech on another machines (VM machines for vmWare example) but, no gives text to speech on hp 250g2 after accessibility mode enabled (pressing s during boot). This problem ocurs after listen a single beep (bios mode) and twice beep (UEFI mode). in same cases, no speech. If your need, the sound card controller is: Intel(R) 7series/C216 chipset high definition audio controller). Note: in debian jessie and stretch installers, the speech functionality is success Fran.
