Please avoid conflating issues. Is the issue with long document only when the system is overloaded, or does it happen also when the system is not overloaded? Does it happen all the time? Which speech synthesis and voice are you using? How long is "a long" document? E.g. is the GPL-3 text long enough? Samuel
