Hello, I have an Asus 701 netbook running the latest Debian 32 bit. The internal drive of 4GB is full, and I have it set to boot to the built in SD card slot. I've tried using DD to clone SDA to SDB without a problem. But I've tried to resize /dev/sdb1 to use the entire SD card and it only extends as far as the /dev/sdb2 boundry. I also tried removing /dev/sdb2 and /dev/sdb5 and then resizing /dev/sdb1 to about 1 GB away from the entire disk, since it looks like both /dev/sdb2 and 5 each are about half a GB in size. Then I recreated an extended of 500 mb for #2 and another 500 mb of fat32 for #5. But I wasn't able to mount /dev/sda2 into /media/usb in order to copy it to /dev/sdb2, which I was about to mount into /media/usb2 for the cp command. How do I go about doing this? Thanks for any assistance.
