Getting speech synthz which is not in Debian

Hello,

Where can I get the speech synthesizers which Debian doesn’t have, i.e 
Eloquence, Voxin and Acapella?
Some time ago, I got a tip of oralux.net, but Firefox doesn’t like that site 
for some reason.
