That would take quite a lot of effort. Actually the patch that breaks cross builds is ada-link-lib.diff; it is this patch that causes the tools like gnatmake to be linked dynamically rather than statically against libgnat. As a consequence, libgnat becomes a host-and-target library as opposed to just a target library.
