Is there any way to get X 4.3 to not use the framebuffer on my 2.2 ruffian which has no framebuffer support? As the following log shows (at the end), that seems to be the thing that is stopping X from working for me. I configured X using dpkg-reconfigure xfree86, and there was no mention of framebuffers, nor does the XF86Config-4 contain any reference to a framebuffer, fbdevhw, or /dev/fb0. (I can post the XF86Config-4 here, if need be, I don't have it to hand as I compose this.)
