Ugh...precisely why I never flashed MILO on my nonames :-( I'll look into it as I seem to recall some way of restoring the original firmware, but can't remember how or if it ended up being possible or not. My first thought would be to have a look at the MILO-HOWTO in the System Specific section (http://www.alphalinux.org/faq/milo-5.html#ss5.6). Perhaps you boot SRM or ARC from a boot block floppy and restore the system to SRM/ARC after getting one of the consoles to boot.
