I assume you don't have a potato CD set (where Milo image could be found on CD#1 in /milo). So have a look at http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/dists/potato/main/disks-alpha/current/MILO/ http://www.alphalinux.org/faq/FAQ-5.html#ss5.2 lists AS2100 (ev4) as "sable", so I'm not sure which milo image is the right one for you, anyone else who can help out?
